the products with the help of some highly skilled herbalists and we actually make
them ourselves to assure purity.

Turning Point Personal Massage - Our full body relaxing massage adapts
pressure, technique, and focus based on your request and comfort level. You'll begin
with an inhalation of the essential oil blend of your choice to set the tone for
the massage. Then we start the massage at the scalp and we work our way around the
entire body, front to back, until you are feeling rested and relaxed.

Rejuvenation Massage - This massage uses deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques
to give you pain relief. Gradually through the massage, the therapist will
increase pressure to gain deeper access and repair the muscles that have been injured.
Using the techniques appropriately and with patience keeps this massage comfortable.
Many people fall asleep during our deep tissue massages and leave feeling rejuvenated.

Comprehensive Massage - The Comprehensive Massage consists of 4 sessions
of 3-4 hours each. In addition to many hours of massage, we’ll use incremental assessments,
flexibility training, breath work, hydrotherapies, and more.

Hot Stone Massage - This is a truly unique massage experience. Our full body
Hot Stone Massage combines the calming benefits of smooth heated stones and massage
to take you to a very deep state of relaxation. You will feel tension draining
away as we start by placing a series of stones along the spine to quiet the nervous
system. Next we lightly apply oil to the area to be worked. Then we follow with
long strokes with the heated stones. Last we finish by using our hands to massage
the warm, softened muscles.

Rejuvenation Hot Stone Massage - This is a focused massage using the hot
smooth stones alternating with deep tissue massage. We use the stones to warm and
relax the problem muscles and follow with specific pain relief techniques.
We conclude with cooling white marble stones to soothe away any inflammation of
the muscles.

Pregnancy Massage - Just as a mother’s body changes throughout pregnancy,
so does our massage. Each trimester brings different needs that we address with
understanding and attentiveness.
First Trimester: This is the time for a gentle full body massage to
flush toxins and assist in increasing circulation throughout the entire body. We
recommend massage in the first trimester for a higher level of wellness throughout
the pregnancy.
60 Min: $75
Second Trimester: Using a side-lying position and long smooth strokes,
massage reduces muscle spasms and focuses on relaxation. We also concentrate on
fostering comfort with an ever-changing body.
75 Min: $85
Third Trimester: We start with a special foot and leg massage to prevent
swelling. The remainder of the massage concentrates on relieving backache, leg discomfort,
and stretching to create a sense of opening leading up to arrival of the baby.

Hydrotherapy - is defined as the use of water in various states and temperatures
to promote healing. Jetted tubs, steam showers and rain showers are a perfect complement
to massage. In addition to feeling good, hydrotherapy treatments relieve tension
and rid the body of toxins that contribute to joint pain and muscle ache. The tubs
and showers are all available as an ala carte therapy but we recommend using them
in addition to a massage for a truly luxurious experience.

Jetted Tub - Enjoy the seclusion of a room to yourself as you sink into the
deepest jetted tub we could find. Add a generous serving of the
Pamper with a Purpose Soaking Salts of your choice and you have a one-of-a-kind
treatment.

Steam Shower - Choose your favorite aromatherapy blend and then sit back
and relax in the private steam shower reserved just for you. Breathe in the moist
air and emerge feeling an opening in your respiratory system that we don’t get to
experience in Colorado’s arid climate.

Rain Shower - Ever stood in a waterfall? Our private rain showers have nearly
200 sprays of water cascading onto you from overhead. Very unique and not nearly
as cold as a real waterfall.

Sugar Scrub - Sugar scrubs are used to gently exfoliate, polish and hydrate
the skin. We start with an aromatherapy steam shower to open the pores and prepare
your skin for the gentle scrub. Then you relax on a heated massage table while we
use the sugar scrub of your choice to remove the dull surface skin cells. After
showering the scrub off, we finish with a full body massage using a light application
of oil to polish the newly radiant skin.
